James H. Hada earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Northwestern University in 1986. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1989 from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Since graduating from law school, has served as general counsel for a number of industrial companies, and as a partner in several prestigious litigation firms. He focuses his practice primarily on personal injury litigation, product liability cases, trucking cases, drilling rig injury cases, workplace injuries, automotive and tire defect litigation, admiralty cases, environmental cases as well as commercial litigation cases.

Mr. Hada is currently licensed to practice in the state courts of Texas, New Mexico and Florida and before the United States District Courts in the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas; United States District Court of New Mexico; United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Mr. Hada is board certified by the Texas Board of Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law.
