Nicholas J. Tribble
Nicholas "Nick" Tribble works in the Houston office of Sico Hoelscher Harris. He practices on the firm's human trafficking docket, representing survivors of sex trafficking in civil actions under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) and pursuing accountability from the businesses that enabled or profited from their exploitation.
Before joining the firm, Nick spent five years on the defense side of the docket, representing corporations and insurance carriers in 18-wheeler and trucking crashes, negligent security and shooting cases, premises liability, burn injuries, chemical explosions, motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death cases, and property and landlord-tenant disputes; this included some of the most high-profile litigation in Texas, such as the Astroworld Festival litigation and matters involving the Houston Texans. That experience gave him a working knowledge of how defendants investigate, value, and fight claims; it is insight he uses to anticipate defense strategies, cut through delay tactics, and drive cases toward trial and full recovery for his clients.
Born and raised in Houston, Nick earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston. He is licensed to practice in Texas.
Nick is mindful that people call a trial lawyer on the worst day of their lives. He answers with straight talk, relentless preparation, and a commitment to holding wrongdoers fully accountable.
